Payroll Specialist Switzerland

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist - Switzerland who will be responsible for all payroll operational related activities which are processed accurately and on time, while ensuring integrity of financial information, in accordance with internal policies and external statutory regulations Switzerland.

Requirements

• University degree or professional payroll qualification
• Business fluent in German and English
• Min. 3+ years’ experience in managing of payroll
• Strong working knowledge of wage and hour laws, multi-jurisdictional taxes
• Strong ethics and the ability to maintain confidential information
• Excellent Excel skills, ability to produce pivot tables, using lookups etc
• Detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex information into concise and understandable terms
• 'Can do' attitude and a curious mind, keen to be involved in new projects
