Requirements
- Achieve agreed financial and commercial objectives for the territory and/or market field
- Participate actively in development and implementation strategic and tactical marketing and sales business plans
- Create a smooth interface between customers and overseas production, local and global Supply Chain and Customer Service
- Drive new business opportunities and actions for their delivery
- Utilize and actively live Account Management based on SFDC
- Continuously improve profitability, optimize cash flow
- Regularly provide market intelligence, trends and competitive information
- Provide outstanding customer care, promote customer focus throughout the whole organization
- Channel management of distributors in the region
- Provide leadership and direction on EHS and core values promoting a safer at Arxada culture
