Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in process engineering within an industrial environment
• Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven decision-making approach
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and lead initiatives
• Proficiency in SAP
• Fluency in both English and German is required
