Job Description
Asana is looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy and product vision for its Enterprise Service Management business, building an AI-native MVP and partnering with customers to validate pain points and co-develop workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience
- Demonstrated success building AI-driven platforms, automation systems, service workflows, or enterprise SaaS products
- Strong 0→1 builder with experience scaling new products or incubations
- Technical systems thinker with experience in architecture, flows, and tradeoffs
- Customer-centric with experience in customer conversations and qualitative insights
- Commercially and GTM savvy with experience in positioning and selling into mid-market and enterprise
