Automotive Service Technician - Koons Ford of Baltimore

Asbury Automotive Group is looking for an Automotive Service Technician to join their team at Koons Ford of Baltimore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for repairing cars, assisting with providing exceptional guest experiences, and being an innovator in the automotive industry. They will perform general repairs and diagnosis with some assistance, and maintain technician proficiency as specified by Asbury standards.

Requirements

• Perform general repairs and diagnosis with some assistance
• Maintain technician proficiency as specified by Asbury standards
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and schools
• Maintain manufacturer (CSI) Customer Satisfaction Index at or above the Asbury specified goal(s)
• Comply with all federal, state and local laws, as well as company policy, regarding safeguarding all customer vehicles, property and information
