Facility Maintenance Technician Asbury Automotive

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician for their Denver market. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of building systems across corporate and dealership facilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in facilities, building maintenance, or trades
• Basic proficiency in CMMS or work order tracking systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication and teamwork mindset; customer-service oriented
• EPA Universal HVAC certification a plus but not required
