Sales Advisor

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Advisor to develop relationships, provide exceptional guest experiences, and innovate in the automotive industry. The Sales Consultant's primary role is to respond to customers who inquire about a vehicle advertised online and work with customers who visit the store directly to take them through the initial buying process through to the final sale.

Requirements

• Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Asbury selling process
• Building rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Answering internet leads and email product information with pricing
• Answering sales phone calls and setting appointments for customers
• Confirming appointments
• Making outbound phone calls to follow up with customers on inquiry, after the sale, and for repeat business
• Conducting test drives and vehicle walk arounds with customer
• Working with the customer from start to finish throughout the buying process
