As a Warranty Administrator at Koons Woodbridge Ford, you will be responsible for submitting manufacturer and after-market warranty claims and collecting warranty claim revenue. You will work with shop foremen, lead technicians, and service advisors to discuss warranty claims and strive to maintain a minimum warranty claims acceptance rate of 95%. The ideal candidate has two years of previous automotive/administrative work experience and strong organizational skills.
Requirements
- Adhere to all manufacturers and after-market warranty company's policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with manufacturer's designated warranty representatives and after-market warranty companies
- Review warranty repair orders for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility
- Determine and enter applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, and other administrative data
- Submit warranty claims to manufacturer or warranty companies using administrative tools
- Maintain a record of all claims submitted, returned, or rejected
