IT Systems Administrator/Engineer

Ascend is seeking an IT Systems Administrator/Engineer to provide responsive customer support, maintain and troubleshoot network systems, and implement cybersecurity protocols. The role involves liaisoning with external IT providers, forecasting needs, supporting applications, and ensuring computer equipment is up-to-date. Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher required
• 2-3 years managing and maintaining Hyper-V and VMWARE cluster
• 2-3 years’ experience in CCNA or Security+ certification preferred
• 2-3 years’ experience supporting applications
• Working on projects that impact IT solutions
• Physical demands of lifting up to 20lbs.
