The Turnaround Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing plant turnarounds (TARs) and major outages in a chemical manufacturing facility, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in maintenance, project management, or turnaround leadership in a chemical or industrial facility
- Working experience and knowledge of unit operations
- Working knowledge of ESSH guidelines and regulatory/compliance issues
- Working knowledge of MOC process
- Experience with turnaround planning software
- Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Good process troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed facilitation skills
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Self-initiated learning
- Time management processes and skills
