TAR Manager

The Turnaround Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing plant turnarounds (TARs) and major outages in a chemical manufacturing facility, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in maintenance, project management, or turnaround leadership in a chemical or industrial facility
• Working experience and knowledge of unit operations
• Working knowledge of ESSH guidelines and regulatory/compliance issues
• Working knowledge of MOC process
• Experience with turnaround planning software
• Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Good process troubleshooting/problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well-developed facilitation skills
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Self-initiated learning
• Time management processes and skills
• Self-initiated corrective actions/follow-through
