Ashby is seeking a Controller to lead the full accounting lifecycle in a high-growth SaaS environment, focusing on audit readiness, operational rigor, and building systems, controls, and team needed to support next phase of scale.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in accounting leadership role
• Public accounting experience
• Led an accounting function through stages of growth beyond where Ashby is today
• Experience in a SaaS company
• Ability to develop and mentor a team
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and US GAAP
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
