Handyman

The Maintenance Helper will perform various non-technical maintenance tasks, including general repairs, preventative maintenance, and handyperson tasks, for a mixed-use residential and commercial building in Lower Manhattan.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general maintenance, caretaking, mechanical, electrical and/or equipment and building repairs.
• Attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual in English/Chinese is preferred.
• Building maintenance certifications (i.e. Sprinkler Certificate of Fitness) or other training, is preferred.
