Job Description
Stanton Norfolk Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to manage staff, oversee repairs and maintenance, and work with a team to maintain the building. This role involves managing staff, handling various tasks (mechanical, electrical, painting, etc.), and ensuring property maintenance standards are met. Responsibilities include training, supervisory roles, and incident reporting.
Requirements
- Supervision of staff
