Job Description
The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of a mixed-use residential and commercial building in Lower Manhattan, New York. The Porter will ensure that the building is kept clean and free of debris, respond to cleaning emergencies, and perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Previous work experience as a Porter, Janitor, or Custodian
- Bilingual in English/Spanish, English/Chinese, or English/Korean
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
