Job Description
Responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care. Works closely with nursing leadership to identify training needs, develop curricula, and deliver training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
- Valid license to practice nursing in Maharashtra
- At least 4 years in a nurse training or educational role
