We are looking for a Customer Success Analyst JR to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with Asksuite, through a friendly and productive relationship.
Requirements
- Completed superior degree or in progress in any area
- Have consolidated experience in the hotel industry or in CS for SaaS companies
- Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese
- Availability to work 40 hours a week, hybrid regime in Florianópolis/SC
