HVAC Engineer

ASM Global is seeking an HVAC Engineer to operate and repair the facility's HVAC systems to maintain the safe and efficient operation of the facility. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of related experience, and EPA Universal Certification.

Requirements

• Operate and repair the facility's HVAC systems to maintain the safe and efficient operation of the facility
• Monitor operation of the HVAC systems, noting current status, identifying potential problems, and taking corrective action where appropriate
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs, alterations, and routine operations to the facility systems
• Record and log all work performed, complete work order slips and compile all required reports in a timely and complete manner
• Respond to routine, precautionary and emergency alarms from building automation and life safety systems
