Maintenance Supervisor Toyota Arena

The Maintenance Supervisor at Toyota Arena is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and physical well-being of the venue, including utilities, HVAC, landscaping, and repair. The role requires supervising technicians and laborers, establishing and maintaining tool and repair parts inventory, and performing maintenance and alterations of facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Maintenance Mechanic with a multi-use facility or construction company and possess certifications in areas such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

Requirements

• Three or more years' experience as a Maintenance Mechanic with a multi-use facility or construction company
• At least one year at supervisory level
• Significant exposure in the areas of HVAC, facility and equipment maintenance
• Valid California Driver's License
• Forklift certified
