Oversee operations staff for all aspects of facility maintenance, including scheduling and supervision of housekeeping and set-up personnel, and ensuring the building is kept in a cleaned and orderly manner.
Requirements
- Supervises all building floor lead supervisors and maintenance workers
- Schedules the work shifts of the employees
- Works with the Assistant General Manager and Operations Director to develop programs to increase efficiency and productivity
- Assists in the development and implementation of capital and operating budgets
- Coordinates all event set-up requirements
- Deals directly with all outside contractors
- Oversees all building rental equipment
- Identifies housekeeping needs and assigns them
- Trains staff in specifics of the responsibilities and expectations
- Provides support and assistance for repair and maintenance of all mechanical systems
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the facility
- Ensure adherence to safety codes/laws
- Analyzes needs and plans preventative maintenance and upgrades for systems
- Responsible for payroll for department's employees
- Keep accurate records on all matters concerning subordinates
