The Stadium Representative will oversee an assigned location or area of the stadium, respond to guest concerns, and assist with stadium operations. They will greet and guide guests, answer questions, and help with mobile ticketing. The representative will also ensure public safety concerns and document any challenges or issues that arise during events.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or its equivalency
- 1-2 years of in-person customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to make quick, complex, proactive decisions under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated self-starter with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to operate a tablet or a laptop efficiently
- Ability to work in a team environment interacting with multiple departments
- Available to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, and holidays)
