Licensed Millwright

We are seeking a Tech 2, Bakery–Maintenance (Millwright) to join our team at our Ancaster bakery. This role provides essential mechanical support across all departments, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting safe and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Valid Millwright license from any province or country, or approved proof of license
• Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly and effectively
• High sense of urgency and ownership
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze mechanical issues and find rapid solutions
