Job Description
Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 3 to join their team at their Cayce, SC bakery. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to meet physical demands.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent line changes
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, climbing, and working around moving equipment
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions (hot, cold, wet, dusty, loud)
