Job Description
Aspire Indiana Health is seeking a License Eligible Therapist - School/Home & Community Based Services to provide behavioral health and/or child welfare services to youth and families. The role involves working in school, community, and/or home settings to achieve identified goals, and will focus on providing comprehensive services addressing social drivers of health. Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling or related field (US Department of Education).
- One (1) year of related experience (highly preferred).

- Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and driving record.
- Reliable transportation to attend trainings/meetings.
