Job Description
Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in advancing the organization's financial strength and mission impact. The successful candidate will support enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making through high-quality data analysis and modeling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in FP&A, budgeting, or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, UKG) preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to accuracy and detail
- Able to clearly communicate financial information to non-financial audiences
- Excellent organization, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
