Job Description
Aspire is seeking dedicated individuals to manage and coordinate direct services supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their community homes. This role involves coordinating with Life Consultants, supervising support professionals, providing training and development, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment. Aspire focuses on providing innovative services and creating strong, unified teams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of PC operations and software
- Ability to present information
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work flexible hours and days
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
