Requirements
- Provide Instructional Leadership for the school site
- Maintain school-wide focus on high standards of student achievement
- Manage process for analyzing data to increase student achievement
- Design and lead high quality professional development
- Support and coaching of new and veteran teachers
- Assist in managing human resources
- Represent the school site in building an effective school community
- Lead and collaborate with Behavior Response and Wellness teams
- Assist in managing daily operations, facilities, safety, and administrative processes
