Job Description
Aspire Public Schools is seeking an Instructional Aide to support students with disabilities (IEP students) in the school environment and in conjunction with General Education and Speech & Language Pathologists, while upholding their core values of Bienestar, Culture of Belonging, and Community Partnership. The role involves assisting with IEP implementation, providing direct student support, creating instructional materials, and collaborating with a team to ensure student success.
Requirements
- Competency in child cognitive development
- Familiarity with students with moderate to severe needs
