Job Description
ASRC Federal is seeking an Electronics Technician I to join the NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center team. The role provides technical support to the Mission Support Services team in support of flight research missions. The position requires working on-site at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center on Edwards Air Force Base, near Palmdale/Lancaster, CA.
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Completion of formal training in an accredited commercial or military electronics school
- 1 year of related work experience
- Knowledge of PM and troubleshooting procedures for communications and uplink system, digital recording systems, HF, VHF, UHF transceivers and supporting Antenna Systems
- Must be U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance
