Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our Engineering Team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring Door Group facilities maintain compliance with applicable industry standards, certifications, and codes. You will serve as the primary liaison between certification agencies and internal quality, engineering, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, quality systems, or certification management within building products, construction materials, or a related manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of hollow metal door and frame construction and performance standards
• Direct experience working with UL, Intertek, or similar third-party certification bodies preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with auditors, facility leaders, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to balance compliance enforcement with a collaborative, partnership-driven approach
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, including travel to Mexico and Canada
