The Engineering Manager will build and manage high-performing engineering teams, contribute to organizational initiatives, and drive tactical team-level improvement.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8/11/17), Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Git).
- Understanding of software design patterns, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Provides mentoring to more junior staff
