Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to support B2B marketing activities across Germany, working closely with the sales team and the EMEIA/UK marketing organization. The successful candidate will help strengthen the marketing presence of Traka and KEYper in the DACH region and support selected marketing initiatives for the Nordic region.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications or a similar role
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation and campaign activation
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in market or campaign analysis
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Good planning and coordination skills; event experience is an advantage
- Basic understanding of analytics, CRM systems or web CMS platforms (AEM is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken English and German
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and internationally
- Proactive, structured and able to manage several projects simultaneously
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage
