Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Engineer to lead the development of complex programs spanning multiple teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience programming in Java and expertise in AI, micro-services architecture, and design patterns.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Maven, Jira, GitHub/GitLab, JUnits or similar build, development and test tools
- Experience developing SOAP/RESTFul Web Services
- Experience with Agile development techniques: Kanban, Time Box Sprints, User Stories construct and estimation, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Continuous Delivery, Automated Testing
- Expert level experience with Java, JEE framework and Spring
- Leadership experience in an Agile environment
- Proficient in AI with hands-on experience in leading AI tools and frameworks
