This role is essential for maintaining and optimizing production processes with a focus on equipment functionality, efficiency, and performance.

Requirements

• Equipment in designated work areas
• New product introduction efforts
• Production verification testing and functional testing
• Documenting processes and developing detailed work instructions
• Troubleshooting equipment software and hardware issues
• Coordinating production line set-up and machine upgrades
• Identifying Continuous Product Innovation (CPI) opportunities
• Creating Work Instructions for new products or updating them to improve overall manufacturability
• Working closely with material suppliers to develop product design specification requirements
• Identifying opportunities for process and yielding improvements
• Developing equipment maintenance and calibration procedures
• Collecting, analyzing, and creating reports from raw data
• Interfacing with Project Management, Customer Service, Suppliers, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations
