Operations Team Member

We are seeking an Operations Team Member to join our growing team in Mason City, Iowa. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in the production process of our hollow metal doors and frames, ensuring efficient and accurate manufacturing while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent / Technical certification or relevant experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or construction preferred
• Ability to carry 5-30 pounds without assistance
• Ability to use hand tools, read shop drawings and accurately use a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to safety practices and procedures
• Ability to follow instructions (both written and orally) in English
