Technical Support Specialist for Automatic Door and Gate Systems

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist for automatic door and gate systems to join our team in Oberursel, providing technical support and helpdesk services to customers.

Requirements

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with door and gate automation systems
• Managing customer complaints and ensuring timely and effective solutions
• Performing repair and maintenance work, including the installation of new systems and the provision of spare parts
• Supporting warehouse operations, including the transportation and organization of spare parts
• A technical background, with a degree in mechatronics or a related field
• Experience in metalworking and electrical engineering
• Knowledge of programming languages
• Experience in similar technical roles
