Job Description
HID Global is seeking a skilled Drawback Analyst to join its Global Trade team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of duty drawback regulations, exceptional analytical abilities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. As a Drawback Analyst, you'll support HID's success by identifying duty drawback opportunities, reviewing import and exporting documentation, and preparing and filing duty drawback claims with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Requirements
- Bachelor Science or Business Administration in Engineering or Supply Chain related field
- Combined 2-4 years' experience in import compliance and drawback claims in a manufacturing company
- Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations
- Experience with HTSUS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States), USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement), and trade documentation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and CBP Systems (e.g., ACE, ABI)
- Proficiency in data analysis and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions.
- Strong attention to detail
