Job Description
Assala Gabon is seeking a skilled Reservoir Engineer to join their integrated asset development team in Gabon. This role involves designing and executing well test programs, conducting reservoir analyses, and delivering production allocation reports. The engineer will be embedded within a multidisciplinary team, contributing across multiple assets and supporting strategic initiatives. The company values collaboration and prioritizes safety and integrity.
Requirements
- Perform fundamental RE tasks, including field and well reviews, production & injection analysis, and data analysis.
- Actively participate in teamwork, including peer reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Build, populate, and run dynamic reservoir simulation models.
- Deploy classical reservoir engineering techniques.
- Propose development and redevelopment plans, including new wells, workovers, and water injection.
- Actively contribute to well-by-well and project reviews.
