Job Description
Assembled is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to ensure the success of our early customers by driving adoption, quality, and tangible value. This role requires a motivated individual to influence our company's trajectory significantly, collaborating directly with our co-founder and CTO, John Wang.
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success or implementation at a fast-growing SaaS company, or experience in top-tier management consulting or hands-on project management
- Strong understanding of or genuine excitement for AI, and ability to drive change management to encourage AI adoption across teams
- Customer-centric with experience in navigating complex landscapes to identify and resolve customer pain points
- Adaptable & Resilient in uncertain, rapidly changing environments
- Technical Aptitude with ability to dig into available data on how a product works and pick up new technical skills when necessary
- Innovative Problem-Solver with ability to find unique solutions to challenges and create new operational methods
