Enterprise Deployment Strategist

Assembled is looking for an Enterprise Deployment Strategist to lead technical deployment and drive customer relationships during onboarding for mid-market and enterprise customers. The role involves building customer relationships, guiding technical deployment projects, and developing deployment best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting a technical product or service
• Experience working with SQL, APIs, and integrations
• Ability to partner with customers to drive outcomes and translate their needs into practical solutions
• Curiosity and technical aptitude, with ability to learn new skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to identify key trends and insights
• Growth mindset and willingness to try new things and learn from failure
