Job Description
Assembled is seeking a Head of AI Deployments to lead a team in scaling cutting-edge AI + Human experiences that delight customers. The role requires strategic customer leadership and business savvy combined with technical depth to guide the team in adopting rapidly developing AI products to meet customer goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years in customer success, professional services, and/or strategic consulting
- At least 2+ years managing high-performing teams
- Enterprise SaaS experience
- Talent magnet with proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top talent
- Strategic operator with ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution
- AI-savvy with technical literacy and curiosity
- Builder mentality with ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
