Barback

As a Barback at Assembly Food Hall, you’ll be the backbone of our bar operations. By keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized, you’ll set the stage for bartenders to deliver unforgettable hospitality.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of restaurant or bar experience
• Knowledge of bar prep, garnishes, batching, and basic cocktail standards
• Comfortable using knives and other kitchen/bar equipment safely
• Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
