Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience
• 2+ years of professional experience in commercial real estate
• Experience developing real estate budgets, proformas, and investment analysis (strongly preferred)
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to organize data into clear summaries
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
