Business Reporting Analyst (Pharma)

AssistRx is seeking a Reporting Business Analyst to support the development of operational and client-facing reporting across our patient support and therapy access platforms. The ideal candidate understands Salesforce data structures, is comfortable working with reporting and operational data, and has experience supporting patient access programs, pharmaceutical hubs, or drug manufacturer reporting environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Data Analyst role.
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, and JIRA tickets for development teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured reporting requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
