Data & Reporting Analyst (Healthcare/Pharma)

As a Data Insights Analyst, you’ll transform complex healthcare and pharmacy data into meaningful insights that empower both our internal teams and our clients to make smarter, faster, data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
• Experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools) and Salesforce reporting preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with healthcare, pharmacy, or patient access data strongly preferred.
• Client-Facing Experience: Proven ability to communicate technical insights and data issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mindset: A proactive, resourceful self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and urgency under tight deadlines
