The Junior Graphic Designer supports the development and execution of high-quality, on-brand visual materials that support Sales and Marketing initiatives across the organization. This role focuses primarily on production-level design, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and adherence to established brand standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house or agency environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including master slides, layout design, chart and data visualization, and presentation hierarchy
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, including styles and formatting, document templates, and structured layouts
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience working within established brand systems and templates
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and revisions simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
