Job Description
The Senior Account Manager at AssistRx will cultivate and maintain relationships with Pharmaceutical manufacturing partners, presenting new ideas, and focusing on client value. They will work with pharmaceutical executives and act as a liaison between AssistRx's teams and key stakeholders, delivering high-quality services. The role involves strategic partnership, solution development, and managing client relationships.
Requirements
- Develop a working knowledge of client business goals and technical challenges.
- Establish and maintain a role as advisor to clients.
- Present new ideas and enhance product/service offerings.
- Research high-level solutions for clients.
- Develop and manage client relationships through meetings and conferences.
- Manage service delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
- Determine appropriate problem resolution method.
- Manage project milestones and progress.
