Job Description
C-Era Property Management & Realty is seeking a Licensed Condominium Manager (Community Manager) in Calgary, Alberta to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of condos. The role involves managing contracts, ensuring compliance, building relationships with tenants and contractors, and supporting site staff. This is an opportunity for growth and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Licensed Condominium Manager in Calgary (RECA)
- At least two years of experience in property management
- Good communication and organization skills
- Customer service and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and accounting systems
- Understanding of budgets, administration, and accounting processes
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Condominium Management Associate License
