Job Description
Maple Ridge Community Management is seeking a Site Administrative Assistant to join their Mississauga office on a permanent basis. This role involves assisting the Condominium Manager in daily operations, reviewing manager's reports, managing administrative tasks like filing, correspondence, and budgets, and ensuring a smooth building environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of handling a variety of duties.
Requirements
- Must have Condominium Management Limited License
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to follow through on projects
- Good organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
