FL-Transit Bus Driver - Port Charlotte

FL-Transit Bus Driver position in Port Charlotte, FL. Performs skilled work in the safe and efficient operations of a passenger bus or vehicle, driving passengers around the area in a fixed or flexible schedule. Must have a valid Florida Commercial Driver’s License Class “C” with “P” endorsement and air brakes or better, Standard Red Cross First Aid and CPR certification.

Requirements

• Valid Florida Commercial Driver’s License Class “C” with “P” endorsement and air brakes or better
• Standard Red Cross First Aid and CPR certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent and no less than six (6) months of relevant experience operating a passenger bus or specialty vehicle
• Pre-employment Drug test per the System Safety Plan and a DMV check no older than 60 days
• DOT 5 panel Drug screening
• Uniform Black 3 button polo shirt & Black pants
• CPR Certificate
