We are looking for a Director, People Business Partner to join our dynamic Wireless Repair & Logistics and Asset Disposition team in Lewisville, TX. This role will involve driving people strategies that fuel performance and foster an engaged, customer-focused culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
- A minimum of 6 years in Human Resources (HR), including at least 1 year creating and implementing people strategies in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Advanced consulting, influencing, and collaboration skills in a matrixed organization.
- Expertise in core HR areas: employee relations, staffing, learning, benefits, and more.
- Proven ability to manage projects and solve complex problems.
